Come prepared to brief others about how your campus is addressing:

Security Office development (or appointing a CISO, deploying instructional technology (including equipment refresh, clickers, new gear, etc.), remote computing (e.g. licensed software in the lab is being executed by remote users), video surveillance, H.264 video conferencing, next generation portals, virtual server deployment, PodCasting, training campus IT staff (how to keep staff current), central email solutions (Exchange, linux clusters, etc), system change management, funding network access… Feel free to suggest other topics of interest to you!
