CHECO Board Meeting

Board Members Present:

· Paul Rowan (Chair)

· Dennis Mahoney (Vice Chair)

· Renee Drabier (Treasurer)

· George Funkey (Board Member at Large)

· Troy Penner (Secretary & Web)

Treasurer's Report:

· No penalties necessary this conference

· Roommates should be required for Double Rooms for next time (If you do not have one, a list of possible roommates may be provided on the web)

· Normally carry a nearly $5,000.00 balance between conferences

· April 14 for next conference

Board Positions:

· Paul stepping down as Chair in Spring' 03

· Renee stepping down as Treasurer in Spring '03

· Troy stepping down as Secretary in Spring '03

· Dennis to become Chair in Spring of '03

· George to become Vice Chair in Spring of '03

· Bryan Crawford will serve until Spring of '03

CHECO Bylaws & Web

· No compelling reason to change bylaws

· Bylaws will be posted on web following conference

· ChecoWeb.Org domain will be purchased & put in place immediately following this conference
